This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Oversee, coordinate, organize, and manage every phase of the project.
• Create and sustain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocations, and budgets.
• Administer project scope, timelines, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests.
• Facilitate project activities among business stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, infrastructure, security, and executive leadership.
• Lead project meetings, steering committee sessions, status meetings, and executive briefings.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure that contractual obligations are fulfilled on time and meet quality standards.
• Keep track of project budgets, invoices, procurement processes, and contract deliverables.
• Generate weekly and monthly project status reports and relay project health updates to management.
• Coordinate release planning, testing activities, production deployments, and post-implementation support.
• Actively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues before they can affect the project timeline.
• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in managing large-scale Information Technology projects.
• Proven experience in managing Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid software development projects.
• Skilled in facilitating business requirements sessions with executive leadership and business users.
• Proficient in writing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements, Use Cases, User Stories, and Process Flow diagrams.
• Experienced in managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and change management.
• Familiarity with coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Background in managing software vendors and ensuring contractual deliverables.
• Competence in reviewing technical and functional documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar project and work management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Experience working alongside executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
