Project Manager – Enterprise-Level Initiatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and implement various essential workstreams within ERP projects, related integrations, and service methodologies.

• Oversee detailed project schedules, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resource distribution for designated workstreams.

• Ensure that workstreams align with the overall project objectives.

• Collaborate with business process leaders and functional heads to establish requirements, map processes, and configure systems.

• Lead and mentor business analysts and other project team members.

• Identify and manage risks within workstreams, escalating broader project implications to the Program Manager.

• Develop and implement strategies to keep project elements on schedule.

• Liaise with external partners for technical integrations and requirements when necessary.

• Provide regular updates to the Director of Client Success, team members, and stakeholders regarding progress.

• Maintain precise and comprehensive project documentation.

• Engage in the creation of test plans and support testing and UAT execution.

• Ensure that testing issues are properly addressed.

• Possess grit, resilience, a sense of urgency, a commitment to doing the right thing, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively without a checklist.

• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving attitude.

• At least 3 years of experience in project management.

• Proven experience in technology implementations and budget management is preferred.

• Ability to assist in translating the implementation process to stakeholders with specific functional expertise.

• Solid understanding of basic project and task management for large-scale initiatives.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Capability to collaborate with both technical and business teams.

• Competence in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

• Must be located remotely in the United States and be willing to travel as necessary.
