Project Manager, Enterprise Implementations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of enterprise SaaS implementation projects from the initial kickoff to deployment and project closure.

• Create and sustain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource allocations, and criteria for success.

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests effectively.

• Foster accountability among internal and external stakeholders to fulfill project commitments.

• Organize stakeholder meetings, executive reviews, status updates, and forums for decision-making.

• Collaborate with customers to develop implementation strategies that align with their business goals.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process.

• Cultivate relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

• Relay project status, risks, milestones, and outcomes clearly.

• Guide customers through intricate implementation processes.

• Ensure alignment among customer teams, technical stakeholders, and executive leadership.

• Recognize risks, issues, and dependencies, and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Escalate concerns and address complex project challenges.

• Sustain project momentum and accountability in dynamic environments.

• Implement project management best practices and methodologies for successful implementation.

• Conduct retrospectives and apply insights gained from past experiences.

• Utilize project management, reporting, automation, analytics, and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and visibility.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that bolster delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations, technology deployments, digital transformation projects, or complex customer-facing initiatives.

• Proven track record of delivering software implementation projects with multiple stakeholders, business functions, and technical teams involved.

• Experience managing projects with external customers and acting as the primary project leader throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.

• Strong skills in project planning, risk management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

• Demonstrated capability to juggle multiple priorities and achieve results in complex, fast-paced settings.

• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation abilities.

• Experience in influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.

• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

• Preferred certifications include PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, PgMP, or equivalent.

• Familiarity with systems integration, data migration, change management, and implementation methodologies is preferred.

• Experience with AI-driven project management, reporting, forecasting, or analytics tools is preferred.
