Project Manager – Engineering Design, Data Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in project planning by defining milestones, schedules, deliverables, and priorities.

• Coordinate efforts among multidisciplinary teams, tracking project progress, facilitating communication, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

• Foster relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members.

• Organize and lead project meetings, design reviews, and coordination discussions; document decisions and action items effectively.

• Monitor engineering and architectural deliverables, such as drawings, models, reports, and calculations.

• Aid in project quality management and internal review processes.

• Support financial oversight by tracking budgets, monitoring performance, and assisting with invoicing and contract administration.

• Identify and manage project risks, scope changes, and schedule impacts while maintaining thorough documentation.

• Contribute to the delivery of large-scale, multi-building data center campuses with a focus on efficient land, power, and water usage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; alternatively, an associate degree with relevant experience is mandatory.

• Over 4 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry with progressive project responsibilities.

• At least 2 years of project management or coordination experience, ideally supporting multidisciplinary engineering or architectural projects.

• Familiarity with large-scale industrial, mission-critical, or campus-style developments is advantageous.

• Knowledge of engineering and design processes, project delivery methods, contracts, budgeting, and project controls.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Skill in building strong relationships across teams and fostering collaboration among various project stakeholders.

• A proactive mindset towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
