Project Manager – Engagement Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for Portfolio Leads, acting as the dedicated Single Point of Contact (SPOC).

• Provide comprehensive governance across all service tracks for the entire contract.

• Oversee the management of fixed-price deliverable contracts.

• Handle SLA tracking, risk management, and the compilation of monthly deliverable packages.

• Monitor contract budgets and manage proposals for Discretionary Task Orders.

• Implement and oversee both Agile and Waterfall governance frameworks.

• Perform stakeholder management and supervise escalation protocols.

• Ensure effective overall contract management, quality assurance, and compliance with security standards.

• Deliver specified outcomes that align with the agency's operational requirements and long-term technology strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in managing IT projects and programs within the public sector.

• Demonstrated capability in effectively managing deliverable-based, task-order contracts.

• Strong skills in resource balancing, budget management, and driving technical deliverables to completion.

• Candidates must possess or be eligible for a security clearance check.
