Project Manager, Embedded Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Strategize, coordinate, and oversee project execution to guarantee timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and serve as a reliable delivery partner.

• Recognize business opportunities and facilitate account expansion through proactive communication and exceptional delivery.

• Adapt project management strategies and delivery models based on client and project requirements.

• Manage project portfolios, proactively identify risks, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.

• Lead diverse and cross-functional teams in a cooperative environment.

• Conduct people management activities, including recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, performance assessments, and employee retention.

• Promote continuous process enhancement and apply best practices in project delivery and operational management.

• Assist in advancing AI adoption practices across relevant projects.

• Enhance effective communication between technical teams, management, and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in project management.

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Demonstrated experience in risk management and stakeholder engagement.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience collaborating with cross-cultural and distributed teams.

• Practical experience in driving AI-related initiatives or adoption practices within projects.

• Capability to manage multiple streams and priorities concurrently.

• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.

• Strong presentation and client-facing communication skills.

• Experience overseeing embedded software or hardware-related projects is a plus.

• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, Agile certifications, etc. are advantageous.
