Project Manager – Early Career, Open to Fresh Grads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the coordination of research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders for impactful A/B tests.

• Ensure projects progress smoothly from conception through to execution and analysis.

• Oversee cross-functional teams comprising 5–10 members.

• Proactively identify potential risks and help teams overcome obstacles.

• Develop and sustain a testing roadmap featuring 10–20 forthcoming experiments.

• Articulate the testing strategy and its underlying rationale.

• Establish expectations and review project progress and outcomes with clients during weekly meetings.

• Act as the primary liaison for both clients and internal teams.

• Foster clarity, positivity, and momentum while ensuring teams remain focused and motivated.

• Report directly to the Account Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Open to recent graduates, particularly those with degrees in Economics, Math, or Finance.

• No previous A/B testing experience is necessary.

• Formal project management experience is not required; training will be provided.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with systems, checklists, and timelines.

• Capacity to plan effectively and execute tasks accurately.

• Proactive, clear, and consistent communication with clients and team members.

• Ability to identify and escalate risks early and seek assistance when required.

• Quick learner with an enthusiasm for technology and design.

• Understanding the mechanics of why things succeed or fail.

• Strong pattern recognition skills and the ability to ask insightful questions.
