Project Manager, Early Career – Open to Fresh Grads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders for A/B testing initiatives.

• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of 5–10 members.

• Ensure the progression of tests from concept through to build, launch, and analysis stages.

• Proactively identify risks and assist teams in overcoming obstacles.

• Develop and maintain a testing roadmap featuring 10–20 forthcoming experiments.

• Articulate the rationale behind testing and establish expectations.

• Deliver updates and outcomes to clients during weekly meetings.

• Act as the main point of contact for both clients and internal teams.

• Foster clarity, positivity, and momentum during hectic or complex periods.

• Report directly to the Account Director.

• Open to recent graduates.

• Candidates with degrees in Economics, Math, or Finance are particularly encouraged to apply.

• Previous experience in A/B testing is not necessary.

• No formal project management experience needed; training will be provided.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Comfortable utilizing systems, checklists, and timelines.

• Ability to plan ahead and execute tasks effectively.

• Proactive, clear, and consistent communication skills.

• Capability to identify risks early and seek assistance when required.

• Quick learner with an interest in technology and design.

• Aptitude for understanding the mechanics behind successes and failures.

• Strong questioning skills and ability to recognize patterns.
