Project Manager – Early Career

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders for impactful A/B tests.

• Lead cross-functional teams of 5–10 members, guiding tests from conception to execution and analysis.

• Identify risks early, remove obstacles for teams, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Assist in developing and maintaining a testing roadmap comprising 10–20 forthcoming experiments.

• Articulate the reasoning behind testing strategies and establish expectations.

• Facilitate weekly client meetings to discuss progress and outcomes.

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

• Provide clarity, positivity, and momentum, keeping teams focused and driven.

• Report directly to the Account Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Open to recent graduates, particularly those with degrees in Economics, Math, or Finance.

• Previous experience in A/B testing is not necessary.

• Formal project management experience is not required.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable using systems, checklists, and timelines.

• Proactive in communication and willing to over-communicate with clients and team members.

• Ability to identify risks early and seek assistance when necessary.

• Quick learner with an interest in technology and design.

• Capable of understanding the reasons behind successes and failures.

• Strong pattern recognition abilities and excellent questioning skills.
