Project Manager, Digital Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Act as the central communication and coordination hub between account team members and clients.

• Oversee and deliver digital marketing solutions from the initial concept to completion.

• Handle multiple accounts, service lines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams utilizing Asana and various communication channels.

• Develop and implement deliverable plans, adapting them to meet evolving needs and requirements.

• Manage scope, risk, timeline, quality, and stakeholder communication effectively.

• Assist in account calls by providing detailed recaps, action items, Asana assignments, and follow-ups.

• Assess new work requests, determine resources, allocate responsibilities, and schedule action items.

• Offer regular progress updates to both internal teams and client stakeholders.

• Perform risk management and proactively escalate issues as necessary.

• Identify potential process improvements and solutions.

• Report to the Client Experience team and receive support from the Project Management Office (PMO).

• Ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery in a dynamic agency setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in leading projects and supporting client deliverables within a digital marketing agency.

• Strong expertise in using Asana as a work management tool.

• Preferred certifications include CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Display, Feeds, Paid Social, Analytics, etc.).

• Ability to excel in fast-paced environments and adapt to change.

• Professional demeanor with experience in conflict management and mediation.

• Capability to lead teams in task prioritization and execution while managing multiple projects simultaneously under high-pressure conditions.

• Exceptional diplomatic, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with a strong drive to quickly resolve internal and client issues.

• Process-oriented, highly organized, and methodical with excellent time management skills, strong business ethics, and political awareness.

• A proactive and dedicated attitude, flexible problem-solver, and willing to engage in and advocate for organizational change.

• Self-motivated individual capable of independent thinking and working autonomously.

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
