IT Project Manager – Transformation Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of enterprise IT projects, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Supervise system implementation and migration initiatives that involve commercial, pricing, CPQ, order management, and associated business applications.

• Organize project activities among business units, IT, vendors, and external partners.

• Monitor project scope, timelines, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Execute mitigation actions as necessary.

• Assist with ERP and CRM integration efforts, particularly those related to SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce projects.

• Facilitate communication with stakeholders, manage project governance meetings, and oversee status reporting.

• Play a role in system consolidation, modernization, and enhancements to business processes.

• Ensure that project outcomes meet organizational standards, compliance mandates, and business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• PMP certification or a similar project management credential is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, focusing on enterprise IT projects, system implementations, or legacy migration efforts.

• Proficiency in CPQ, order management, pricing tools, or the implementation of commercial systems.

• Familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms, specifically SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce.

• Knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

• Experience in supporting system consolidation, carve-out, TSA migration, or enterprise separation projects is a plus.

• Background in global, manufacturing, technology, or other complex enterprise settings.

• Strong skills in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and coordination.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities across global and cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
