Technical Project Manager, CCTV & Networking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Direct the deployment of CCTV systems from the initial design and quoting phase through to final implementation and ongoing support.

• Develop customized CCTV layout designs, including camera positioning, coverage areas, and system schematics that meet client specifications.

• Supervise the complete deployment lifecycle, manage project schedules, allocate resources, and keep stakeholders informed using project management software.

• Integrate CCTV systems with networks utilizing IP addresses, subnets, switches, routers, and NVR/DVR setups.

• Identify and resolve technical and network-related issues.

• Produce cost estimates, scope-of-work documents, and hardware bills of materials with the help of internal quoting tools.

• Engage in phone and video communications through Dialpad.

• Ensure timely written correspondence with clients, technicians, and vendor partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience overseeing the complete lifecycle deployment of physical security and CCTV systems.

• Solid understanding of network architecture, including LAN/WAN, IP routing, PoE switching, port forwarding, and calculations for bandwidth/storage.

• Experience in designing CCTV system layouts and selecting suitable camera and hardware configurations.

• Practical experience with project management software such as Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or Monday.com.

• Knowledge of digital quoting and estimating tools.

• Proficient in using Dialpad or comparable VoIP communication platforms.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; native-level fluency is essential.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to independently manage multiple projects.

• A dedicated remote workspace is required.
