This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee multiple large-scale electrification projects throughout all stages, from order entry to installation and commissioning.
• Organize, coordinate, and implement engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and site activities in collaboration with GE Vernova and subcontracted partners.
• Ensure fulfillment of contractual scope, cost, quality, and schedule obligations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing their expectations and relationships.
• Direct cross-functional project teams.
• Oversee and manage daily project operations while adapting to evolving customer and business requirements.
• Track and report on project milestones, including revenue forecasting.
• Take ownership of project financial outcomes, encompassing revenue, contribution margins, costs, cash collection, and regional business objectives.
• Conduct regular project reviews, financial evaluations, and progress reports with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Prepare and present kick-off meetings, status updates, customer reports, risk and opportunity assessments, and close-out documentation.
• Identify, escalate, and address project risks and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with GE Vernova’s EHS, Quality, and Compliance standards.
• Successfully deliver projects safely, on quality, on time, and within budget while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university or college.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager, directly overseeing the full lifecycle delivery of complex Electrical and Automation systems projects.
• Experience in Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Installation & Commissioning phases.
• Previous experience in electrification-focused sectors such as Marine, Offshore Energy, Utilities, Power Systems, or Process Industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• U.S. Citizenship or eligibility for a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Proficiency in using SAP or similar ERP systems for project tracking and financial management.
• PMP certification or an equivalent project management credential.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles, especially in service delivery or project execution environments.
• Previous involvement in Marine, Offshore, or Defense industry segments.
• Technical knowledge of power conversion systems, automation and controls, and electrical power systems.
• Strong decision-making and prioritization capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and meet commitments.
• Capability to obtain authorization for accessing U.S. export-controlled information, if necessary.
