This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee workflows related to vehicles, equipment, OEM, and dealers within CALSTART-managed on-road and off-road Voucher Incentive Programs.
β’ Act as the primary liaison for original equipment manufacturers and participating dealers.
β’ Evaluate and monitor documentation for vehicle and equipment approval or eligibility.
β’ Ensure accurate information is maintained in Salesforce, public-facing websites, internal tracking tools, and program systems.
β’ Lead initiatives to standardize, optimize, and document ongoing OEM and equipment workflows.
β’ Maintain and analyze data pertaining to vehicles, equipment, OEMs, and dealers.
β’ Generate regular and ad hoc reports for program leadership and internal stakeholders.
β’ Create standard operating procedures, process maps, templates, trackers, and training materials.
β’ Convert policy, equipment, and system modifications into guidance, training resources, and communications.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams, program leadership, and partners from government agencies.
β’ Identify opportunities for automation, system enhancements, and improvements in data quality.
β’ Assist in the launch and ongoing management of new Voucher Incentive Programs, vehicle categories, equipment types, technologies, and requirements.
β’ Handle multiple simultaneous projects and time-sensitive requests.
β’ Enhance public-facing program information, relationships with OEMs and dealers, processing timelines, and the adoption of zero-emission vehicles and equipment.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in transportation, engineering, environmental studies, business administration, public policy, project management, data analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
β’ A minimum of five years of relevant experience in transportation, vehicle or equipment manufacturing, clean energy, incentive program administration, project management, or a related field.
β’ Proven experience in independently managing projects and stakeholder relationships.
β’ Working knowledge of on-road vehicles, off-road equipment, commercial fleets, original equipment manufacturers, dealerships, or zero-emission transportation technologies.
β’ Strong skills in project management, data management, and analytics.
β’ Capability to manage multiple workstreams, keep precise records, identify trends or discrepancies, track deliverables, and prepare clear reports.
β’ Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar customer relationship management system.
β’ Experience with website authoring or content management software, project management platforms, spreadsheets, and data tracking tools.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organization, judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Ability to interpret technical or program requirements, communicate effectively with stakeholders, work independently, and enhance complex or manual processes.
