This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Deliver consulting services to client accounts to meet strategic business goals.
• Oversee projects from initiation to completion.
• Supervise IT infrastructure construction and AV upgrade projects within occupied corporate office spaces.
• Manage new constructions, site relocations, office reconfigurations, technology enhancements, and special client expansion initiatives.
• Plan, design, construct, oversee occupancy, and finalize projects.
• Collaborate directly with clients to prepare scopes of work, resource needs, cost estimates and budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk assessments.
• Document IT specifications and work with project teams to define technological solutions.
• Identify project delivery resources from pre-approved lists or through the project qualification process.
• Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid assessments, and recommend resources to clients.
• Establish project documentation governance and ensure accurate, timely, and coordinated project information.
• Direct architects, engineers, and vendor/contractor project delivery teams.
• Develop action plans to achieve objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and report on status and variances.
• Recognize project risks and formulate mitigation and contingency plans.
• Execute action plans to minimize or eliminate project risks.
• Apply standard principles and techniques to intricate assignments and offer innovative solutions.
• Mentor colleagues and share expertise in the job subject area.
• Exemplify CBRE RISE values and foster consensus among stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities within your team and related teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred along with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• A combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM certifications preferred.
• Experience in IT construction, including network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless, audio-visual, security access and monitoring, and sound masking.
• General understanding of leases, contracts, and construction practices.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Skilled in MS Project.
