This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
β’ Deliver consulting services for client accounts to assist in achieving strategic business goals.
β’ Oversee projects from initiation to completion.
β’ Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for technical commercial real estate initiatives.
β’ Engage directly with clients to prepare the scope of work, resource needs, cost estimates and budgets, schedules, quality assurance, and risk identification.
β’ Document IT requirements and work with the project team to outline technology solutions.
β’ Determine project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process.
β’ Conduct requests for proposals, perform bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
β’ Enforce project documentation governance in line with company and client standards.
β’ Ensure the integrity of project data and maintain accurate, timely, and coordinated documentation.
β’ Guide architects, engineers, and vendors/contractors through mentorship and direction.
β’ Develop action plans to achieve objectives, budget, and timeline.
β’ Monitor project progress and report on status and discrepancies.
β’ Identify project risks and formulate risk mitigation and contingency strategies.
β’ Implement action plans to minimize or eliminate project risks.
β’ Utilize standard principles and techniques to complete complex assignments and deliver innovative solutions.
β’ Mentor colleagues and share extensive subject matter knowledge.
β’ Lead by example and exemplify CBRE RISE values.
β’ Build consensus and persuade others to reach agreements.
β’ Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
β’ Bachelor's Degree is preferred along with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
β’ In the absence of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be evaluated.
β’ LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM certifications are preferred.
β’ Experience in IT construction regarding network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless, audio visual, security access and monitoring, and sound masking.
β’ General understanding of leases, contracts, and construction practices.
β’ Ability to interpret architectural drawings.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
β’ May require up to 25% overnight travel across the US.
