Project Manager, Consumer Access

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Directly oversee projects focused on emerging technologies and the transformation of access integration initiatives at BHSF.

• Revamp the Strategic Access Transformation Roadmap to enhance the consumer and patient access framework.

• Modernize, align, and elevate specialized resources, priorities, processes, methodologies, skills, knowledge, and experience.

• Manage intricate projects that span multiple technology and organizational domains.

• Lead projects of varying sizes, complexities, durations, risk factors, and expenditures within the Enterprise Access Strategy.

• Ensure that project teams complete their work on time and maintain high-quality standards.

• Supervise change management and provide support post-implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A BS with 6 years of equivalent experience or 8 years of equivalent experience is required; a master's degree is preferred.

• At least 6 years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity and scale.

• Experience in technology or integration project management is essential.

• Proven track record of leading and influencing cross-functional teams and individual contributors, including senior leaders, stakeholders, developers, engineers, and analysts.

• Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, practices, methodologies, and skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of conveying technical information, decisions, and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and MS Projects is preferred.
