Project Manager, Consumer Access

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects that pertain to emerging technologies and access integration transformation initiatives at BHSF.

• Revamp the Strategic Access Transformation Roadmap to positively influence the consumer and patient access framework.

• Modernize, synchronize, and enhance specialized resources, priorities, processes, methodologies, skills, knowledge, and experience to meet BHSF project objectives.

• Manage intricate projects across various technological and organizational domains within the Enterprise Access Strategy.

• Supervise projects that differ in size, complexity, duration, risk factors, and budget.

• Ensure the timely delivery and quality of work produced by project teams.

• Oversee change management and provide post-live support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A BS with 6 years of equivalent experience or 8 years of equivalent experience is required.

• A master's degree is preferred.

• Must have experience focusing on technology or integration project management.

• Six years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity and scale is necessary.

• Proven experience in leading and influencing cross-functional teams and individual contributors, including senior leaders, stakeholders, developers, engineers, and analysts.

• Self-driven and capable of multitasking, with a knack for quickly grasping new concepts, practices, methods, and skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to convey technical information, decisions, and methodologies to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and MS Projects is preferred.
