Project Manager – Construction, Medical Imaging Installs

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Manage logistics, planning, delivery, and installation processes for imaging equipment across various modalities, including MR, CT, and X-Ray.

β€’ Create and uphold project pre-construction plans, estimates, and timelines in collaboration with customer stakeholders.

β€’ Build and nurture high-level relationships with key accounts to drive revenue growth.

β€’ Oversee construction progress and collaborate with facilities, architects, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineers.

β€’ Address and coordinate construction challenges while ensuring delivery and installation activities adhere to established schedules.

β€’ Relay project information, status updates, timelines, and scope modifications to both internal and external stakeholders.

β€’ Participate in presale meetings alongside Sales Account Executives and assist in fostering customer sales relationships.

β€’ Advise customers on optimizing equipment layouts and clinical workflows for drawings and project plans.

β€’ Visit project locations to obtain measurements, gather cost estimates, and assess electrical and construction needs.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and relevant experience.

β€’ A minimum of 1-3+ years of experience in complex project management, handling multiple projects concurrently.

β€’ Experience in construction within healthcare settings is preferred, including knowledge of electrical, plumbing, structural, and HVAC systems.

β€’ Capability to read and interpret blueprint drawings.

β€’ CAD knowledge is preferred.

β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

β€’ Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time.

β€’ Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Notes, Excel, and Word).

β€’ Experience in effectively managing matrix project teams and third-party vendors within a large corporate framework.

β€’ Willingness to travel up to 75%.

β€’ Candidates must be based in the region indicated and be ready to travel to nearby cities/states as required.

β€’ Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of residence.

β€’ No prior DUI/DWI convictions, pending DUI/DWI charges, or serious moving violations unless prohibited by state/local law.

β€’ Must meet relevant client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.

β€’ Must be able to handle controlled technology in compliance with US export control laws.
