Project Manager, Client Services – Fri-Mon ET or CT 10 hour days

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the management of eDiscovery cases by facilitating operations through various departments.

• Generate work orders for tasks related to data intake, culling, processing, hosting, and production.

• Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm the accuracy and completeness of work products prior to client distribution.

• Keep abreast of eDiscovery practices, market competitors, and relevant industry tools.

• Comprehend Lighthouse workflows, critical paths, and tools for workflow management.

• Convey scope and deadline expectations to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee the work request queue for the pod.

• Engage in process improvement initiatives as identified by pod leadership.

• Carry out other related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (a Master’s degree or JD is advantageous).

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in eDiscovery.

• Proficiency in Relativity is mandatory.

• PMP certification is considered a plus.

• Excellent analytical and logical reasoning abilities.

• Strong skills in project management.

• Capability to interpret a range of written and verbal instructions.

• Flexibility and adaptability to manage a dynamic and evolving workload.

• Competence in using a computer, communicating via telephone, and reading printed materials.

• Availability to be on call, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
