Project Manager, Client Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the management of eDiscovery cases.

• Facilitate the workflow through operational departments to fulfill litigation project requests.

• Generate work orders for tasks related to data intake, culling, processing, hosting, and production.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to delivering work products to clients.

• Stay informed about eDiscovery, market competitors, and industry tools.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Lighthouse workflows, critical paths, and workflow-management tools.

• Clearly communicate scope and deadline expectations to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee the pod’s work request queue.

• Engage in process improvement initiatives as identified by pod leaders.

• Execute other related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree or JD is a plus.

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, including at least two years in eDiscovery.

• Experience with Relativity is mandatory.

• PMP certification is a plus.

• Possess strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.

• Demonstrate robust project management capabilities.

• Ability to interpret a range of written or oral instructions.

• Flexibility and adaptability to manage a dynamic and expanding workload.

• Competence in using a computer, communicating via telephone, and reading printed materials.

• Must be available for on-call duties periodically and may need to work outside of regular hours, including evenings and weekends.
