📋 Description

• Oversee relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with regulatory, statutory, investor, insurance, and contractual obligations.

• Create monthly performance scorecards for bankruptcy outsourcing vendors and other types of vendors or processes as necessary.

• Organize meetings with bankruptcy outsourcing vendors to discuss performance metrics and standards.

• Supervise bankruptcy outsourcing vendors to guarantee adherence to SLAs and departmental policies and procedures.

• Manage departmental reporting to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.

• Conduct on-site evaluations and training sessions for vendors.

• Act as a liaison between internal business partners and bankruptcy outsourcing vendors.

• Provide expertise to internal business partners and bankruptcy outsourcing vendors.

• Carry out other related responsibilities as assigned.

• Function as an individual contributor without direct reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or six to eight years of relevant experience and/or training, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• 3–4 years of experience at a law firm dealing with foreclosure and bankruptcy issues and/or experience in default operations at a mortgage servicer.

• Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations.

• Capable of preparing reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.

• Able to present information and address inquiries effectively.

• Competent in performing basic arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

• Ability to apply common sense to understand written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.

• Skilled in managing issues that involve multiple concrete variables in standardized scenarios.

• No specific certifications, licenses, or registrations are required.

• Must maintain regular and punctual attendance.

• Capability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
