Project Manager, B2B SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of SaaS solutions from project initiation to go-live.

• Assist customers throughout the implementation journey.

• Conduct workshops and training sessions.

• Provide support to customers with software setup and configuration.

• Act as the primary liaison for customers during the project phase.

• Organize regular alignment meetings and ensure transparent progress on the project.

• Gather and structure customer requirements.

• Collaborate with customers to develop appropriate solutions.

• Address technical inquiries in coordination with the development team.

• Continuously enhance onboarding processes, project templates, and internal workflows.

• Ensure a systematic handover of successfully implemented projects to Customer Support and Customer Success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally possess 2–4 years of professional experience in project management, software implementation, IT consulting, or a similar customer-facing position.

• Exhibit strong technical aptitude and a keen interest in learning new software solutions and digital processes.

• Maintain a structured working style with clear prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.

• Demonstrate confident and professional communication with customers, with the ability to clarify complex subjects.

• Adopt an independent, responsible, and solution-focused work approach.

• Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365.

• Possess very good German language skills.

• Have good English language skills.

• Willingness to engage in an introductory call via Microsoft Teams.
