Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Create and oversee comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Track project development, recognize risks and challenges, and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with clients and consultants to ensure that project deliverables are achieved.

• Manage project scope while documenting and securing approval for any changes.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.

• Relay project status, risks, and challenges to clients effectively.

• Oversee client expectations and ensure client satisfaction.

• Prepare and format proposals, reports, specifications, and presentations.

• Maintain precise, complete, and up-to-date project documentation.

• Compile and present project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Handle tasks, deadlines, and resources using Salesforce, M-Files, Sierra Live, and other internal tools.

• Coordinate efforts among engineering, consulting, inspection, marketing, and other internal teams.

• Promote effective communication and collaboration among team members.

• Assist Project Coordinators with administrative tasks during peak demand periods.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in project management, ideally within a professional services context.

• Demonstrated experience managing projects from initiation to completion.

• Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, along with interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management software, and CRM systems (Salesforce).

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
