Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee project planning, scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

• Act as the main liaison for stakeholders, providing consistent communication, status updates, and managing escalations.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, engineering, QA, vendors) to guarantee alignment and eliminate obstacles.

• Manage change control processes, monitor dependencies, and confirm that acceptance criteria are satisfied for project outputs.

• Monitor financials and budgets, predict resource requirements, and report on cost discrepancies and benefit realization.

• Create and uphold project documentation, including plans, schedules, RAID logs, meeting notes, and lessons learned.

• Facilitate project ceremonies such as kick-offs, stand-ups, retrospectives, steering committee meetings, and decision-making gatherings.

• Implement and uphold delivery processes, quality gates, and compliance standards.

• Promote continuous improvement by assessing delivery performance and applying insights gained from past experiences.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in leading and managing multiple teams.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.
