This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services to designated markets or client accounts to facilitate strategic business goals.

• Oversee healthcare administrative and clinical construction projects from inception to completion.

• Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout of individual real estate projects.

• Collaborate directly with clients to develop scope of work, resource needs, cost estimates, budget, work plan schedule, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

• Determine project delivery resources from pre-approved lists or through the project qualification process.

• Conduct requests for proposals, perform bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.

• Implement project documentation governance in accordance with company and client standards.

• Ensure the integrity of project data and maintain accurate, timely, and coordinated documentation.

• Lead project delivery teams with appropriate guidance and direction.

• Develop action plans to achieve objectives, budget constraints, and schedules.

• Monitor project progress and provide status updates along with variance reports.

• Identify potential project risks and create mitigation and contingency plans.

• Execute action plans aimed at minimizing or eliminating project risks.

• Utilize standard principles and techniques to tackle complex tasks and offer innovative solutions.

• Mentor others and share expertise across various job disciplines.

• Exemplify leadership by modeling behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values.

• Foster consensus and persuade others to reach agreements.

• Influence customer, operational, project, and service activities across interconnected teams.

• Convey challenging or sensitive information effectively.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, accompanied by 5-8 years of relevant experience.

• A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Preferred designations include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM.

• Ability to apply judgment based on the analysis of various information sources.

• Openness to adopting fresh perspectives on existing solutions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

• Exceptional mathematical skills.

• Capability to compute moderately complex figures, including percentages, fractions, and other financial calculations.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% within the Eastern US.
