Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services to a designated market or client account.

• Oversee healthcare administrative and clinical construction projects from initiation to completion.

• Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout phases for real estate projects.

• Prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risk assessments.

• Define project delivery resources and conduct requests for proposals along with bid evaluations.

• Implement governance for project documentation and ensure the integrity and accuracy of documentation.

• Lead project delivery teams and provide direction to achieve objectives.

• Develop action plans to fulfill goals, budgets, and timelines.

• Monitor project progress and report on status and variances.

• Identify potential project risks and devise mitigation and contingency plans.

• Mentor others and share expertise.

• Foster consensus and communicate sensitive or challenging information effectively.

• Collaborate with clients and associated teams to achieve project outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree with 5–8 years of relevant experience.

• A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Preferred LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM certifications.

• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of various information sources.

• Openness to reevaluating existing solutions from a fresh perspective.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong organizational skills paired with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

• Proficient in sophisticated math skills, including percentages, fractions, and financial calculations.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% throughout the Eastern US.
