Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +7 more locations.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer relationships throughout the implementation process, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet scope requirements.

• Manage project scope and modifications to deliverables while maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability.

• Clarify the implications of changes in project scope and priorities to clients and management, ensuring that all alterations are understood and approved.

• Handle project financials effectively.

• Proactively address project issues to minimize delays and mitigate effects on timelines.

• Provide updates on customer and project status to management and colleagues.

• Travel may be required, estimated at around 30–50%.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Experience in managing software development projects through all stages of the project lifecycle.

• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.

• Ability to convey complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in guiding cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate project progress and make informed, data-driven decisions.

• Experience as a senior-level project manager.

• Comfortable managing resources that are distributed globally.

• Willing to travel as needed, approximately 30–50% of the time.

• Must possess a current, valid passport.

• Legally eligible for international travel, including any necessary passport-based visa exemptions or required travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.

• Preference for candidates available to work in the PST timezone.

• Proficient in using AI-enabled technologies, such as copilots, chat-based AI assistants, and automation tools, while ensuring adherence to appropriate judgment, security, and compliance standards.
