Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee stakeholders such as architects, engineers, and supply chains to ensure project compliance.

• Evaluate, monitor, and manage essential milestone tasks to prevent schedule delays.

• Confirm the effectiveness of project governance, processes, and systems.

• Apply best practices across all projects.

• Generate formal project status updates and any other necessary documentation.

• Supervise multiple construction projects to guarantee adherence to approved design standards.

• Manage supplier interactions through monthly tracking and weekly evaluations.

• Facilitate project information exchange through meetings and written correspondence.

• Forecast and revise project milestones and budget estimates.

• Direct and oversee local design teams.

• Offer technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders.

• Respond promptly to field Requests for Information (RFIs).

• Provide expertise in cost control, value engineering, and constructability advice.

• Review status updates, drawing submissions, timelines, and costs.

• Cultivate strong client relationships and enhance new opportunities.

• Guide project teams on strategies to meet client and business goals.

• Document project insights and lessons learned.

• Identify enhancements to internal systems and processes.

• Comply with relevant SOX control responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.

• Strong organizational and managerial abilities.

• Capability to work efficiently and collaboratively with the larger team.

• Proficient presentation skills.

• Expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management software.

• Excellent communication skills.
