This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead teams in application development, focusing on rapid prototypes and enterprise-level systems.

• Schedule, manage, and facilitate Agile ceremonies that engage customers.

• Oversee and maintain the project board utilized by the team.

• Create and organize essential project documentation.

• Collaborate across departments to influence key stakeholders.

• Manage project resources, costs, risks, and timelines effectively.

• Spearhead projects that drive the digital transformation of vital government systems.

• Collaborate, provide constructive feedback, iterate, and implement Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in technical product or project management.

• Possession of a DoD Secret clearance or a higher level of security clearance.

• Proven track record of successfully launching a minimum of two products with cross-functional dependencies, in the role of either engineer or project manager.

• Experience in managing an Agile team using ticket management systems such as Azure DevOps or Jira.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Familiarity with managing the software development lifecycle is preferred.

• Active certification in project or IT management, such as PMP, SAFe Agile, or Scrum Master, is preferred.

• Experience working with federal agencies or other government clients is preferred.
