Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in the delivery of technical projects throughout their entire lifecycle, overseeing timelines, dependencies, and concurrent workstreams.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring clear priorities and maintaining delivery discipline.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units by providing structured updates and clear reporting.

• Proactively detect bottlenecks, foresee risks, and escalate issues at the earliest opportunity.

• Create detailed status reports, track progress, and maintain risk logs utilizing Jira and Confluence.

• Ensure smooth transitions between data, AI, and cloud teams in Agile or hybrid environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of practical project management or coordination experience in a technology-driven setting.

• Experience with AI, Data, or Cloud-related projects.

• Familiarity with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) is a considerable advantage.

• Understanding of Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Competence in Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Google Workspace, and advanced Excel.

• Proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of outcomes and foresee subsequent steps.

• Capability to work remotely from British Columbia, Ontario, Manitoba, or Alberta.

• Legal authorization to work in Canada and ability to comply with Canadian work-permit regulations.
