Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee a cross-functional project team tasked with delivering Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management.

• Manage client expectations concerning project timelines, delivery, scope, and responsibilities.

• Conduct client kick-off meetings that address timelines, delivery, scope, and expectations.

• Assist in internal and external specification review meetings.

• Manage project schedules and scope, ensuring tasks are tracked for timely client user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Facilitate internal and external meetings for assigned projects.

• Create agendas, distribute meeting minutes, and ensure the completion of action items.

• Evaluate project risks and escalate issues through established communication channels.

• Drive study resourcing with input from the project team.

• Guarantee client satisfaction throughout the project build and maintenance phases.

• Identify and contribute to process improvements within the services department.

• Provide feedback based on client and project needs to product teams for new features and initiatives.

• Assign and oversee tasks delegated to associate project managers.

• Travel to client locations for meetings and user training sessions.

• Carry out other related duties as necessary.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

• 4–5 years of pertinent experience in IT project management.
