Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Guarantee that all projects are executed safely, punctually, within financial limits, and in accordance with company and industry standards.

• Oversee project timelines, initial activities, deliveries, testing prerequisites, and site readiness from inception to completion.

• Perform site assessments and project evaluations.

• Ensure the quality of installations, subcontractor performance, and fulfillment of customer expectations.

• Serve as the primary liaison for customers, contractors, and internal teams.

• Maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage project expenses and handle variations effectively.

• Address issues and resolve defects promptly.

• Ensure a successful handover and completion of warranty obligations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven Project Manager with experience in lift installations.

• In-depth technical knowledge of lift installations, construction methodologies, and building regulations.

• Project management certification.

• NVQ3 in Installing Lifts.

• Familiarity with relevant Lift and Building Standards.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Customer-oriented and proactive mindset.

• Must possess the appropriate right to work.

• Sponsorship is not available.
