Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional teams of 5–10 individuals throughout the experiment lifecycle, from concept to execution, launch, and evaluation.

• Proactively identify potential risks and remove obstacles for teams.

• Develop and sustain a testing roadmap featuring 10–20 forthcoming experiments.

• Articulate testing strategies and their rationale, set expectations, and share progress and outcomes with clients during weekly meetings.

• Act as the primary liaison for clients and internal teams.

• Provide clarity, positivity, and drive while ensuring teams remain focused and motivated.

• Report directly to the Account Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• No previous A/B testing experience necessary.

• Formal project management experience is not required; training will be provided.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with systems, checklists, and timelines.

• Capability to plan ahead, prioritize tasks, and execute responsibilities effectively.

• Proactive and communicative approach with clients and colleagues.

• Ability to identify risks early and seek assistance when necessary.

• Quick learner with a passion for technology and design.

• Capacity to comprehend why certain elements function or fail, recognize patterns, and pose insightful questions.
