Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, quality assurance, analytics, and client stakeholders for A/B testing initiatives.

• Lead cross-functional teams of 5–10 members, guiding tests from conception through development, launch, and evaluation.

• Proactively identify potential risks, remove obstacles for teams, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Create and manage a testing roadmap featuring 10–20 forthcoming experiments.

• Articulate testing strategies and plans, establish expectations, and conduct weekly client meetings to discuss progress and outcomes.

• Act as the primary liaison for clients and internal teams.

• Foster clarity, positivity, and momentum to maintain team focus and motivation.

• Report directly to the Account Director.

• No previous A/B testing experience necessary.

• No formal project management background required.

• Strong organizational skills and diligence with systems, checklists, and timelines.

• Capability to plan ahead, prioritize tasks, and complete work effectively.

• Proactive and communicative approach with clients and team members.

• Ability to identify risks early and seek assistance when necessary.

• Quick learner with a passion for technology and design.

• Capacity to comprehend why certain elements succeed or fail, recognize patterns, and formulate insightful questions.
