Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee the coordination of research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders for A/B testing initiatives.

• Ensure the progression of projects from concept through to execution, launch, and analysis.

• Identify potential risks early and assist teams in overcoming obstacles.

• Develop and manage a testing roadmap featuring 10–20 upcoming experiments.

• Articulate the testing strategy and rationale, establish expectations, and review progress and outcomes with clients during weekly meetings.

• Act as the main liaison for clients and internal teams.

• Foster clarity, positivity, and momentum while keeping teams focused and motivated.

• Report directly to the Account Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• No previous A/B testing experience necessary.

• Formal project management experience is not required; training will be provided.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; capability to utilize systems, checklists, and timelines effectively.

• Proactive in communicating with clients and team members.

• Ability to identify risks early and seek assistance when needed.

• Quick learner with a passion for technology and design.

• Capacity to comprehend why certain elements succeed or fail, recognize patterns, and pose insightful questions.

• Proficient in managing cross-functional teams of 5–10 individuals.

• Capable of maintaining a roadmap of 10–20 forthcoming experiments.
