Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Coordinate research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders for A/B testing initiatives.

• Ensure the seamless progression of projects from conceptualization to execution, launch, and analysis.

• Proactively identify potential risks and facilitate the resolution of issues affecting cross-functional teams.

• Develop and uphold a testing roadmap consisting of 10–20 forthcoming experiments.

• Articulate the testing strategy and its rationale to both clients and internal teams.

• Establish expectations and lead weekly meetings with clients to discuss project progress and outcomes.

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

• Foster clarity, positivity, and momentum while maintaining team focus and motivation.

• Report directly to the Account Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience with A/B testing is not mandatory.

• Formal project management experience is not necessary; training will be offered.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable working with systems, checklists, and timelines.

• Ability to plan ahead, prioritize tasks, and execute them effectively.

• Proactive and communicative approach when interacting with clients and team members.

• Aptitude for recognizing risks early and seeking assistance when required.

• Quick learner with a keen interest in technology and design.

• Capability to comprehend the reasons behind successes and failures.

• Skill in identifying patterns and posing insightful questions.

• Competence in managing cross-functional teams of 5–10 individuals.

• Ability to sustain a roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experimental initiatives.
