Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, quality assurance, analytics, and client stakeholders for impactful A/B testing initiatives.

• Lead cross-functional teams ranging from 5 to 10 members.

• Ensure the smooth progression of tests from conception through development, launch, and analysis.

• Proactively identify risks and remove obstacles for teams.

• Create and maintain a testing roadmap featuring 10 to 20 upcoming experiments.

• Articulate the reasoning behind the testing strategy and set clear expectations.

• Conduct weekly meetings with clients to discuss progress and outcomes.

• Act as the primary liaison for both clients and internal teams.

• Provide clarity, positivity, and motivation while keeping teams focused and driven.

• Report directly to the Account Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in A/B testing is not mandatory.

• Formal project management experience is not a prerequisite.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable working with systems, checklists, and timelines.

• Ability to plan proactively and follow through effectively.

• Strong communication skills, with a tendency to over-communicate as needed.

• Proactively engage with clients and team members.

• Identify risks early and seek assistance when necessary.

• Quick learner with a strong sense of agency.

• Interest in technology and design.

• Ability to comprehend why certain elements function effectively or fail.

• Skill in recognizing patterns and formulating insightful questions.
