Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malawi.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional teams ranging from 5 to 10 members

• Facilitate experiments from conception through development, implementation, and evaluation

• Proactively identify potential risks and assist teams in overcoming hurdles

• Maintain a testing roadmap featuring 10 to 20 forthcoming experiments

• Articulate the reasoning behind testing strategies and set clear expectations

• Conduct weekly meetings with clients to discuss progress and outcomes

• Act as the primary liaison for both clients and internal teams

• Ensure clarity, positivity, focus, and forward momentum during complex or busy times

• Report directly to the Account Director

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in A/B testing is not necessary

• Formal project management experience is not required; training will be provided

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with systems, checklists, and timelines

• Proactive and effective communication, with a tendency to over-communicate

• Quick learner with a keen interest in technology and design

• Ability to comprehend the reasons behind successes or failures

• Skill in identifying patterns and formulating insightful questions
