Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.

📋 Description

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams of 5–10 members, including research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders.

• Ensure that A/B tests progress seamlessly from concept through development, launch, and analysis.

• Identify potential risks early and assist teams in overcoming obstacles.

• Maintain a testing roadmap consisting of 10–20 forthcoming experiments.

• Articulate the rationale behind the testing strategy and establish clear expectations.

• Lead weekly meetings with clients to discuss progress and outcomes.

• Act as the primary liaison for both clients and internal teams.

• Foster clarity, positivity, and momentum while keeping teams engaged and focused.

• Report directly to the Account Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience with A/B testing is not mandatory.

• Formal project management experience is not a prerequisite.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable working with systems, checklists, and timelines.

• Proactive and communicative approach with clients and team members.

• Ability to identify risks early and seek assistance when necessary.

• Quick learner with an enthusiasm for technology and design.

• High level of agency and understanding of the factors that contribute to success or failure.

• Capacity to recognize patterns and pose insightful questions.
