Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Oversee the coordination of research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders for A/B testing initiatives.

• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of 5–10 members.

• Ensure the progression of tests from concept through to construction, launch, and evaluation.

• Proactively identify potential risks and eliminate obstacles.

• Develop and sustain a testing roadmap featuring 10–20 forthcoming experiments.

• Articulate the rationale and expectations surrounding testing clearly.

• Facilitate weekly client meetings to discuss progress and outcomes.

• Act as the main point of contact for both clients and internal teams.

• Foster clarity, positivity, and momentum while maintaining team focus and motivation.

• Report directly to the Account Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• No prior experience in A/B testing is necessary.

• Formal project management experience is not a requirement.

• Strong organizational skills and diligence; comfortable with systems, checklists, and timelines.

• Ability to plan in advance, prioritize tasks, and execute them effectively.

• Proactive and communicative approach with clients and team members.

• Capable of identifying risks early and seeking assistance when necessary.

• Quick learner with a passion for technology and design.

• Ability to comprehend the reasons behind successes and failures.

• Skilled at recognizing patterns and posing insightful questions.
