Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the coordination of research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, quality assurance, analytics, and client stakeholders for impactful A/B testing initiatives.

• Supervise projects from conception through to development, launch, and evaluation.

• Proactively identify potential risks and assist teams in overcoming obstacles.

• Create and manage a testing roadmap featuring 10 to 20 forthcoming experiments.

• Present testing strategies, updates, and findings to clients during weekly meetings.

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

• Ensure teams remain focused, motivated, and in alignment.

• Report directly to the Account Director.

• No previous experience with A/B testing is necessary.

• Formal project management experience is not a prerequisite.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with systems, checklists, and timelines.

• Proactive, clear, and consistent communication skills.

• Ability to identify risks early and seek assistance when necessary.

• Quick learner with a passion for technology and design.

• High level of agency and the capacity to comprehend the reasons behind successful or unsuccessful outcomes.

• Skill in recognizing patterns and posing insightful questions.
