Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Azerbaijan.

📋 Description

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders.

• Oversee teams ranging from 5 to 10 members, guiding A/B tests from conception through development, launch, and evaluation.

• Identify risks early and provide solutions to keep teams on track.

• Develop and maintain a testing roadmap consisting of 10 to 20 upcoming experiments.

• Convey testing strategies and set clear expectations.

• Lead weekly meetings with clients to discuss progress and results.

• Act as the primary contact for both clients and internal teams.

• Foster clarity, positivity, and momentum while ensuring teams remain focused and motivated.

• Report directly to the Account Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• No previous A/B testing experience necessary.

• Formal project management experience is not required; training will be provided.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to utilize systems, checklists, and timelines effectively.

• Proactive in communication, with a tendency to over-communicate with clients and team members.

• Capable of identifying risks early and seeking assistance when needed.

• Quick to learn, with a keen interest in technology and design.

• High level of agency and understanding of operational mechanics.

• Aptitude for recognizing patterns and formulating insightful questions.
