Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the coordination of research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, quality assurance, analytics, and client stakeholders for A/B testing initiatives.

• Lead cross-functional teams comprising 5–10 members.

• Ensure the seamless progression of tests from concept through to build, launch, and analysis.

• Proactively identify potential risks and work to unblock teams promptly.

• Develop and sustain a testing roadmap featuring 10–20 upcoming experiments.

• Articulate the testing strategy and its rationale, set expectations, and review progress and outcomes with clients during weekly meetings.

• Act as the primary point of contact for both clients and internal teams.

• Foster clarity, positivity, and momentum while ensuring teams remain focused and motivated.

• Report directly to the Account Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in A/B testing is not required.

• No formal project management background necessary.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with systems, checklists, and timelines.

• Ability to plan proactively, prioritize tasks, and execute them effectively.

• Strong, clear, and frequent communication skills with clients and team members.

• Capability to identify risks early and seek assistance when necessary.

• Quick adaptability and learning ability.

• Genuine interest in technology and design.

• Understanding of the factors that contribute to success or failure.

• Strong pattern recognition skills and the ability to pose effective questions.
