Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +25 more states.

📋 Description

• Strategize, implement, and oversee projects or workstreams within various programs.

• Utilize waterfall or hybrid project management methodologies.

• Ensure the timely completion of projects, adhering to scope and budget constraints.

• Promote teamwork among cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED (Required).

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or project coordination, or a related role (Required).

• Experience in the Healthcare sector (Strongly Preferred).

• Familiarity with care delivery (ambulatory, hospital, post-acute), health plans, and corporate/shared services (Strongly Preferred).

• Experience in technical project management (Strongly Preferred).

• Possession of one of the following certifications or equivalent is preferred: Project Management Institute Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM), Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent.

• Must reside in one of the designated states for remote work.
