Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and support operations for numerous physical security sites and programs.

• Ensure that designated locations function efficiently while aligning with company standards and client expectations.

• Monitor site performance, staffing levels, scheduling practices, and overall operational readiness.

• Conduct site visits, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

• Assist site leadership in addressing operational challenges and implementing corrective measures.

• Maintain consistency in security operations, reporting, and service delivery across sites.

• Collaborate with Site Managers, Security Managers, and Operations Leadership teams.

• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to site leadership teams.

• Aid in leadership development, succession planning, employee retention, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.

• Act as the primary operational contact for assigned clients.

• Engage in operational reviews, business meetings, and discussions regarding client performance.

• Address client issues and ensure that service delivery aligns with contractual obligations.

• Monitor licensing, certifications, training records, and employee qualifications.

• Conduct quality assurance reviews and operational audits to uphold standards.

• Ensure that incident reports, investigations, and documentation are completed accurately and promptly.

• Support the initiation of new security programs, site expansions, and operational transitions.

• Assist with budgeting, resource allocation, and workforce planning efforts.

• Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Suggest process enhancements and collaborate on long-term operational strategies.

• Prepare and review operational reports, performance metrics, and deliverables for clients.

• Maintain records related to staffing, compliance, training, and operational performance.

• Support both internal and external audits.

• Ensure timely communication between site leadership, clients, and corporate support teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• At least 3–5 years of leadership experience in physical security, contract security, law enforcement, military, or related fields.

• Experience in overseeing multiple locations, programs, or operational teams.

• Strong comprehension of security operations, workforce management, and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational reporting tools.

• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel regularly between assigned locations.

• Preferred: experience in managing security operations for data centers, critical infrastructure, healthcare, government, or corporate environments.

• Preferred: PMP, CPP, or similar industry certification.

• Preferred: experience in supporting multi-state operations and licensing requirements.

• Ability to travel frequently to assigned locations.

• Capability to conduct site inspections and operational assessments.

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods.
