Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +29 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and management of small-scale project execution.

• Ensure that project performance targets related to timing, cost, quality, and anticipated benefits/returns are met.

• Gather necessary project requirements.

• Establish comprehensive project plans.

• Confirm and validate cost structures.

• Oversee the overall execution of projects while maintaining the critical path.

• Provide support for larger-scale projects in collaboration with senior team members.

• Collect, analyze, and comprehend project requirements effectively.

• Develop and maintain documentation for project plans, scope and objectives, deliverables, milestones, schedules, resources, and dashboards.

• Communicate project status, requirements, and structures across the Project Management team and relevant departments.

• Identify potential issues and propose alternatives based on cost, time, and quality standards for customers.

• Analyze project cost structures and noteworthy deviations from approved structures.

• Collaborate with manufacturing, sales/marketing, and purchasing teams on project definition, feasibility, and approval processes.

• Aid in conducting project reviews.

• Attend project planning meetings and provide expertise on workflow, processes, capacity, and timelines.

• Assist in the implementation of workflow management and reporting tools that focus on quality, profitability, efficiency, and productivity.

• Engage in cross-functional teams to develop or modify processes, policies, and workflows.

• Experience, skills, and relevant education or training will be considered for determining compensation.

• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret project requirements.

• Proficiency in developing and maintaining project plans and associated documentation.

• Knowledge of project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, schedules, resources, and dashboards.

• Capability to communicate project status, requirements, and structure across various teams and departments.

• Ability to identify potential challenges and recommend alternatives based on cost, time, and quality limitations.

• Skill in analyzing project cost structures and any deviations.

• Ability to work collaboratively with manufacturing, sales/marketing, and purchasing teams.

• Understanding of workflow, processes, capacity, and timelines.

• Capacity to support workflow management and reporting tools.

• Ability to take part in cross-functional development of processes, policies, and workflows.

• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state; excluded states include AK, DC, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, and WV.
