Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee project teams by utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

• Create and manage project plans that encompass scope, timelines, budget, and resource distribution.

• Work alongside resource managers to enhance team effectiveness, productivity insights, and technology roadmap development.

• Coordinate efforts between internal teams and external vendors.

• Track project performance and milestones in relation to business objectives.

• Organize stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.

• Identify potential project risks and issues, offering solutions or escalating them as necessary.

• Manage and document any changes in project scope.

• Keep project documentation, dashboards, and progress updates up to date.

• Promote collaboration, accountability, and transparency within the team.

• Act as Scrum Master by facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, while also addressing blockers.

• Assist IT and business teams with effective communication and realistic timelines.

• Provide project status updates, risks, and achievements to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

• Over 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or in a similar role within IT environments.

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects using Agile, Lean, Waterfall, Iterative, and other related project management methodologies.

• Proficient in project management tools such as Monday.com, JIRA, and/or MS Project.

• Required familiarity with the MS Office suite.

• Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and Advanced Excel is highly preferred.

• Possession of PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management/scrum certifications.

• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check, including verification of employment and education.

• Must successfully pass a 4-panel drug screen.

• Candidates should be able to clearly and confidently discuss all listed experiences.

• Use of AI tools for resume formatting or drafting application materials is permitted, but copied job descriptions or unverifiable work histories are not acceptable.

• Unauthorized use of AI tools during interviews or assessments will lead to disqualification.
