Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and budget activities related to utility services offered by Osmose.

• Engage in the conceptual development of projects.

• Supervise the organization, scheduling, and implementation of projects.

• Set project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards in line with company policy and contracted scope.

• Monitor, manage, and resolve project issues throughout the project life cycle.

• Interpret and clarify plans and contract terms for administrative staff, workers, and clients.

• Prepare reports using data on work progress, costs, and scheduling for both internal and external distribution.

• Implement and follow project management processes and methodologies.

• Collaborate with contract administrators to manage the financial aspects of contracts and safeguard company interests while fostering customer relationships.

• Represent Osmose in client-facing project meetings and participate in strategic meetings.

• Track and reconcile revenue, cost of goods, accruals, and customer invoices using cost-accounting principles.

• Work alongside internal operations, delivery, engineering, business development, and management teams, as well as customers, to ensure project objectives align with the contracted scope of work.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

• A Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field is preferred (such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, business, or other related fields).

• 3-7 years of demonstrated Project Management experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Management experience in the utility or utility services industry is preferred.

• PMP/PMI certification is preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.

• Capable of performing standing, walking, climbing stairs, sitting, hand/finger use, and visual-focus activities.

• Moderate travel required (25-50%), including some overnight stays.
