Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete execution of enterprise application projects, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to design, implementation, UAT, deployment, and post-launch support.

• Supervise the planning, configuration, and rollout of ERP modules along with integrations with internal business applications.

• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to implement AI-enhanced delivery practices, automation tools, and machine learning models within business operations.

• Engage with executive leadership and cross-functional business heads to align expectations, define KPIs, and facilitate organizational change management.

• Identify project dependencies, technical challenges, and budget risks, and develop countermeasures to uphold timelines and quality standards.

• Conduct Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–9 years of focused project management experience in enterprise software implementation, particularly in managing core business applications and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).

• Demonstrated success in managing projects that involve AI core concepts, LLM integrations, business process automation, or data analytics pipelines.

• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks, in addition to traditional Waterfall project governance.

• High proficiency in contemporary project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Asana.

• Outstanding executive presence with the ability to translate complex technical architectures into clear, value-oriented language for C-suite stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Salesforce experience is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are highly regarded.

• Preferred hands-on implementation experience or structural knowledge of Salesforce.

• Practical experience with AI-enabled productivity tools within project delivery workflows is favored.
